Meet Nicole Roque Costa, affectionately known as “Nicky,” a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with an extensive 17-year clinical background. Renowned for her unwavering passion for caring for others, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to providing personalized care, Nicky has garnered a reputation for excellence in the healthcare field.
Having traversed diverse medical arenas throughout her career, Nicky has entered into the realms of aesthetics and wellness. Currently, she offers an extensive range of weight loss services, tailoring individualized plans for each client. Her services include lipotropic injections, semaglutide, and tirzepatide, aiming to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Nicky provides an array of services to enhance beauty and well-being. From injectables such as neuromodulators (commonly known as Botox and others) and fillers (hyaluronic acid) to treatments like skin pen with PRP, VI peels, IV infusions, IM injections, TRT, semoralin, and PRP for hair restoration, Nicky ensures a holistic and personalized approach for each client.

Valerie
Valerie Prentiss is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated the past 15 years of her life to a career in Pediatric medicine. She stumbled upon her calling serve on the preventative side of medicine as a Health Coach in 2020 when she successfully changed the trajectory of her own health after becoming a mother to a child with special needs and finding herself in a place where she was struggling in all areas of her health including her weight, her self-image, and her sense of control. She has coached hundreds of men and women to better health, and has found that empowering men and women with the tools they need to transform their lives and become the healthiest versions of themselves has become one of her life’s greatest passions!
Jessy
Jessica Arriola is a highly skilled and bilingual registered nurse with over 13 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping others feel their best. She actively listens to her patients’ concerns and, together with her attention to detail, strives to always provide them exceptional care. Jess’ services include SkinPen micro needling with PRP, VI Peels, IM injections, and IV treatments.
Jess’ abilities to listen and comprehend her patient’s individual concerns creates a foundation of trust and confidence allowing her to provide the highest level of patient care. Jessica is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Yuliet Garcia
Yuliet Garcia, Registered Nurse, has always known she was destined to work in the field of medicine. Her appreciation of nursing allowed her to form personal connections with her patients in addition to provide medical care. She made the decision to further pursue a career in the aesthetic field after working for a number of years as an operating room nurse and in a hospital environment. Yuliet is an expert in VI PEELS, SkinPen Microneedling with PRP, and various other IV treatments. Her ResetLab clients will attest to how much they value her commitment to aesthetic education and genuinely gentle touch.
Yuliet is also fluent in both English and Spanish.

At Reset Lab, Rudy combines his medical expertise with a passion for holistic wellness. His approach is shaped by his travels and explorations of diverse health practices around the globe. A fitness enthusiast with a love for Thai cuisine, Rudy believes in the harmony of physical and mental well-being as key to longevity.
