What to Expect

Plan your appointment with enough lead time before any major event — allow at least two weeks for any initial redness or minor swelling to fully clear and for the treatment to settle in
For best results, pause blood-thinning supplements such as aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E and herbal products like ginkgo biloba for approximately one week before treatment — always check with your physician before stopping any prescribed medications
Some clients find that taking arnica supplements in the days leading up to their appointment helps reduce the likelihood of bruising
Come in with clean, product-free skin in the treatment area — and please let us know at booking if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any active skin conditions

None at all — neurotoxin treatments fit easily into a lunch break. You can return to work and most daily activities right away. Minor redness at injection points, if present, typically clears within a couple of hours.
Most clients begin to see softening within 3–5 days. The full effect develops over approximately two weeks as the product integrates with the muscle. If results haven’t met your expectations at that point, reach out and we’ll assess together.
Most clients enjoy results for 3–4 months. With regular maintenance, many find their results extend over time as the treated muscles gradually become less active between appointments.

Neurotoxins are effective across a wide range of facial and body areas including the forehead, between the brows (frown lines), crow’s feet, brow position, lip area, chin, jaw, neck, and areas affected by excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis).

All three are botulinum toxin type A and achieve the same goal. Their differences lie in molecular structure and how they distribute within the tissue — Dysport tends to spread a little more broadly, while Xeomin is additive-free, which some clients prefer. Your injector will recommend the right product based on your treatment area and history.
Most clients are pleasantly surprised by how tolerable the process is. The needles used are extremely fine and the sensation at each injection point is brief. A topical numbing option is available for those who prefer additional comfort.
